Site work for a water / sewer project in Breckenridge, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

**As of April 24, 2023, no award yet and will rebid. No definite date for the rebid.** As of March 27 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Cleaning, debris disposal, and video inspection of 35,000 (+/-) lineal feet of sewer main line, inspection of 143 (+/-) sewer manholes and five (5) lift stations, spot repairs of sewer mains and service lines, manhole repairs, manhole lining, surveying and traffic control. Manhole repairs include 15 legacy manholes identified in prior year inspections. The Owner requires that inspections and water induced repairs be completed by July 3rd, 2023. The Owner requires that legacy manhole repairs be completed by July 14th, 2023. The Owner requires the Project to be completed by September 29th, 2023. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check, a bank money order or a Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5 percent of the maximum Bid Price. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein
