This Specification and the associated drawings govern the furnishing, installing, testing and placing into satisfactory operation the Mechanical Systems. B. Each Contractor shall provide all new materials indicated on the drawings and/or in these specifications, and all items required to make the portion of the Mechanical Work a finished and working system. C. All work will be awarded under a single General Contract. The division of work listed below is for the Contractor's convenience and lists normal breakdown of the work. D. Scope of Work: 1. Plumbing Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: a. Furnish and install all items listed in the Plumbing Material List. b. Extend existing domestic water piping system including cold, hot, and hot water circulating piping within the building. Insulate all piping as specified. c. Extend existing sanitary sewer and vent system
