Renovation of a detention facility in Oregon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. In general the work consists of replacement of steam and condensate piping from Pit C to the Heating Plant including new steam pits. The existing piping are enclosed in a concrete box conduit. New piping will be A-2 direct buried. The limits of construction will be both inside and outside the facilities security fence. The project will be completed in two phases. This phase (Phase 1) includes two new steam pits (pits A and B), direct buried steam and condensate piping between new steam pits A and B, and temporary steam and condensate piping to existing steam pits A and B.
