The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: College Street consists of a total reconstruction of all utilities: 1,100 linear feet of water main replacement; 1,100 linear feet of sanitary sewer replacement; 1,250 linear feet of storm sewer; 710 tons of asphalt; 3,200 tons of base course; 2,300 linear feet of curb and gutter; 9,400 square feet of concrete flatwork, erosion control, traffic control, and restoration. Project limits are between Lake Shore Drive and Ferry Drive. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Lake Mills reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
