This public call for tenders is conditional on obtaining a loan by-law. To be considered, the offer must be accompanied by: 1. A tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the tendered price, before applicable taxes, according to the terms prescribed in the tender documents. 2. A letter of commitment representing the value of fifty percent (50%) of the tendered price, as well as a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for salaries, materials and services of fifty percent (50%) , in both cases, the amount is before applicable taxes and according to the terms and conditions prescribed in the tender documents. In addition, the company must comply with the following restrictions and conditions: The company must not be registered in the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts.
