And the company must comply with restrictions and conditions, including the following: The Company must not be registered in the Register of companies ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts; The Company must provide its tax certificate issued by Revenu Québec. Also, the contractor must submit, before the start of the work, a list of its subcontractors including, in particular, the number and date of issue of their tax certificate. The Company must provide a current francization certificate issued by the OQLF, or any relevant document. City Hall hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. For any information relating to this call for tenders, tenderers must communicate only by e-mail to the address: info.appeldoffres@vsadm.ca . The City of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the offers received. This call for tenders is made in accordance with the contract management policy of the City of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts which you can consult on the site
