Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of May 12, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Grading of approximately 3.8 acres of green space and extension of existing dry pond, construction of asphalt trail, asphalt parking lot, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and site lighting. Other park site improvements include storm sewer and appurtenances, water lateral and sanitar sewer service extensions, temporary erosion control, landscaping, and site restoration. Project bid alternatives include tennis and pickleball court lighting, a prefabricated restroom and shelter facility, installation of solar panels on shelter, and removal and replacement of approximately 300 linear feet of asphalt path The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price The Village of Cottage Grove reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous All requests for interpretation must be received at least five days prior to the day set for receiving Bids
