The City of Rockmart is requesting submission of statement of qualifications from firms interested in providing full architectural planning and design services to the City. The City intends to select a pool of qualified firms for future consideration to provide services for selected projects as needed through 2025, including grant funded projects. Responding firms should have a strong record providing architectural services to local governments in Georgia and experience in working on Federally Assisted Projects. This RFQ is anticipated to cover a period of 18-months. Separate work orders will be developed for each project during this time. The City of Rockmart may select a different architectural firm from the respondents to this request for each project using the selection criteria provided in this request for qualifications. The City of Rockmart is soliciting submissions from firms able to provide full architectural planning and design services to include (but not limited to) concept preparation and validation, preliminary architectural reports, cost estimates, cultural and environmental reviews (when required), permit assistance, specifications and bid documents, final construction plans, and other reports as requested, as well as construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout.
