The work generally consists of the construction of two 120-inch diameter, 7,300 gallon anoxic tanks with submersible mixers, exterior piping system, valves and appurtenances. The wastewater treatment plant upgrades also consist of the installation of a new sludge wasting pump, automatic ball valves and magnetic flow meter, reconfiguration of the return activation sludge piping, installation of new magnetic flow meters, and valves, the relocation of the existing influent screen, addition of anew cover for the MBR tank, HVAC upgrades, upgrades of electrical components, and all associated appurtenances.
