The Town of Leicester is seeking bids for the maintenance of approximately 18 acres of fields and grounds from April 15, 2023, through November 18, 2023. Each bidder shall enclose with the bid an acceptable bid bond or bid deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid's value on the form specified. The selected bidder will be required to provide a 50% payment bond. The Select Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding and to make the award as appears to the best interests of the Town of Leicester.
