Renovation of a municipal facility in Leicester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Leicester is seeking a contractor to install a fire alarm system at 9 Washburn Square, Leicester, MA 01524. Services and materials to be included are: Run 3/4 EMT Conduit throughout the building to all fire alarm devices, install new 18-gauge wire for SLC loop devices and 16-gauge wire for notification devices with a second set up 16-gauge wire for speaker devices. Install and test speaker strobes. Install and test CO and smoke detectors. install, program and test voice fire alarm system with 2 microphones with capability to add mass notification messages. Install 1 cellular communicator. Install 3 modules for sprinkler system, new ADA accessible bathroom at location to be determined. Project subject to prevailing wage. Contractor to provide references and will be required to provide an insurance certificate listing the Town as an additional insured.
