Transportation Maintenance is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors to provide 3,000 tons of 3"-0 base rock. The rock is to be delivered on consecutive delivery days with no gaps between dates to the Barton stockpile site located at: 19009 SE Barton Park Road. Boring, Oregon 97009. It is the County's intent to have deliveries made within a reasonable amount of time. No less than 1,000 tons per day shall be delivered to the stockpile location. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment necessary for piling and shaping as required. No belly dump type of equipment shall be used for hauling the aggregate to the stockpile site. Contractor shall utilize front end loader with rubber tires for piling and shaping material. Stockpiles shall be square or rectangular shaped with a flat top. All aggregate material will comply with the 2021 edition of the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction written by ODOT. The Contractor's own organization shall preform Work amounting to at least 30% of the original Contract Amount. The value of subcontracted Work is the full compensation to be paid to the Subcontractor(s) for all pay items in the Subcontractor(s).
