Work not specifically called for, but necessary to perform the contract work, will be considered incidental to the contract whether specifically detailed or not. Each Bid shall be accompanied by an appropriate guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Aurora in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid.
