The City has submitted an application for federal attributable funding to construct a multi-use trail along the south side of East Wilson Bridge Road from High Street to the existing connection at the railroad tracks east of McCord Park. If funds are approved, the City will be responsible for funding design, right of way and utility work, and 20% of construction. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
