UPDATE : There are a number of HVAC needs associated with the City Buildings resulting in frequent problems with heating and air conditioning. An assessment was conducted in 2021 and the recommendations from the assessment were grouped into phased projects. This budget allocation supports construction of Phase 3. As of April 29, 2024 this project is included in the City of Worthington's Fiscal Year 2024-2033 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
