Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a 7,500-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

As of June 1, 2023, construction is underway and expected to be completed by December 1, 2023. For furnishing all the labor, materials, equipment, and doing all the work necessary for construction of a new 7500 S.F. pre-engineered metal building with exterior 1250 S.F. covered storage area. The new building will be unheated and include cast-in-place concrete foundations and concrete slab on grade interior floor. The project will also include, but not be limited to, fiberglass man doors and frames, overhead sectional doors, steel bollards with covers, aluminum clearstory windows, pre-engineered metal building package with roof area condensation blanket, mechanical exhaust system, electrical power and lighting, and earthwork No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to 10 percent of the bid or a bid bond in equal amount, payable to the City as guaranty that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted. In case the bidder fails to execute such contract and performance bond within the time set by the City, the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
