Renovation of a library in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,000-square-foot, two-story above grade library.
As of July 10, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. For Furnishing All the Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Doing All the Work Necessary for the Single Prime Contract to Renovate 11,000 Sf of an Existing Two-story, 67,000 Sf Library. Renovation Consists of, but Are Not Limited to, Demolition and Replacement of Acoustic Ceiling Tile; Demolition and Replacement of Lights With Led; Demolition of Wall Carpet; Limited Patch of Drywall; and Painting of Walls and Gyp Soffit No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check equal to 10 percent of the bid or a bid bond in equal amount, payable to the City as guaranty that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance bond within ten days from the date the lowest responsible bidder's bid is accepted Question Deadline 03/22/2023 at 12:00 PM CT
