The work per the contract documents, dated March 8, 2023, and any addenda thereto, includes roof removal and replacement, skylight removal, abandoned curb removal, deck infill, sheet metal removal and replacement, drain modification, roof hatch replacement and reorientation, ladder-up installation, hatch guard rail installation, and appurtenances. The Project Completion Date is November 17, 2023. Additionally, there are two Alternate Bids. Alternate Bid 1 consists of the removal of the ladder on the east-facing wall above the Mechanical Room roof and the installation of a new access stair. Alternate Bid 2 includes the installation of a new access door in the masonry wall above the Mechanical Room roof and the installation of a new access stair with landing. Once the CONTRACT is awarded, the CONTRACTOR shall have until November 17, 2023, to fully complete the PROJECT with the following constraint the WORK shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days once it commences.
