Site work for a water / sewer project in Westerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
City will soon seek bids for our Otterbein Water Tank Coating and Improvements project. Largely, the work includes all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, and expertise required to clean and paint a 300,000-gallon double ellipse elevated water storage tank, along with appurtenant improvements and repairs. Please keep a lookout for further communications from the City later this week, and feel free to contact me with any questions. The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $380,000. The Project Completion Date is November 17, 2023.
