Wilder ES: Replace office and Gym RTUs e. McVay ES: Replace office RTU f. Pointview ES: Replace office RTU g. North HS: Replace 2 RTUs h. Walnut Springs MS: Replace 4 RTUs Manual. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee meeting the requirements described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked: Westerville City Schools - 2023 Capital Improvements-HVAC Project and addressed to: Westerville City Schools at 936 Eastwind Drive, Westerville, OH 43081 Attention: Nicole Marshall, Treasurer. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid.
