Reference number : 1698964 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Through this call for tenders, the City requires professional services for the sampling, measurement, visual inspection as well as laboratory analysis of surface and ground water from waste snow disposal sites for the Center sectors. -ville and Ferland, all in accordance with the provisions of these technical clauses and the Guide to the development of waste snow disposal sites and implementation of the Regulation respecting waste snow disposal sites of the Ministère de l'Environnement. Without limitation, the successful bidder must carry out the following work: - visual inspection of observation sites and wells; - maintenance of observation wells as needed; - sampling of surface waters; - groundwater sampling; - sending samples for analysis to a laboratory accredited by the Ministry of the Environment; - transmission of analysis results within the prescribed deadlines; - Compilation of data and drafting of a complete analysis report for each sampling year. - The prices submitted must include, among other things: - all the instruments and consumables to allow the sampling, measurement and control of the requested elements, and this, in accordance with the applicable requirements; - costs relating to the mobilization and demobilization of field personnel for each of the monitoring campaigns required; - the costs associated with the replacement of the components of the monitoring devices when necessary; - the costs of transport and laboratory analysis of the samples taken; - professional fees for planning follow-ups and writing annual reports.
