The project budget as listed in this RFQ is estimated. The project has been approved for design services only. This request is for Architect/Engineer (A/E) to provide design and project management to establish the schematic design concept and begin design development and construction documents. The university may amend the A/E contract for full AE services upon construction funding approval.
