Provide and install two modular communication booths. Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center is seeking quotes for the purchase and installation of two modular communication booths to be installed in the secure area of the Jail. The purpose of these booths is to better accommodate the needs of our video courtroom proceedings. The booths should be of two different dimensions in a way that allows for a single and a double occupancy of the two. The space that the booths are to fit is 13' in width and 8' in height; there is no limitation on the depth measurement. The booths must have their own entry door and transparent wall for unrestricted viewing from the outside. Below are a list of requirements: additional options/enhancements can be proposed: Keyed entry door locking lever. Impact resistant monitor enclosure. Clear impact resistant viewing windows for outside viewing. Motion sensor internal lighting. ADA compatible. Chemical fire suppression system and fire-retardant acoustics. Electrical -plug in" power and data hook ups. Power, data ports, and light covers on the inside of booth must be securable in design. Small countertop inside each; no stools required. The NRADC will be accepting quotes for the purchase and installation of two modular communication booths to be installed in the secure area of the Jail.
