Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mount Vernon, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed by the Consultant consists of preparing engineering design, environmental permitting compliance documentation, building and related permit applications and supporting studies/documentation, draft and final bid/contract documents, and bidding support. The City of Mount Vernon owns, operates, and maintains the Park Street Pump Station. The pump station is primarily a stormwater facility but is also used as a combined sewer overflow (CSO) pump station. The Park Street Pump Station is over 90-years old and still uses the original pumps. In addition, there is one repurposed vertical turbine pump which brings the total pumps to three. The pump station is located at the west end of Park Street at 1303 South 1st Street, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 Question Deadline 02/24/2025 at 5:00 PM PT
