For Parking Lot Repairs at Beachcrest Apartments Beachcrest 16700-16800 Lakeshore Boulevard Cleveland, Ohio 44110 The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, on behalf of Beachcrest LLC, is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Parking Lot Repairs at Beachcrest Apartments. The project consists of, but is not limited to: repairing the existing asphalt parking lot to include asphalt removal, surface sweeping and preparation, depth repair if necessary, tack coat, leveling course, surface course, and striping. Reinstall fourteen (14) speed bumps. Complete replacement of four (4) catch basins. Repair three (3) catch basins and collars. The work consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, verification of existing conditions, cutting and patching, removals, etc., as required to complete repairs and replacement to/and of the project and other work as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. Beachcrest parking lot is approximately 52,000 square feet. On-site parking is comprised of 65 total parking spaces. Refer to drawings and specifications for all specified project work and maintenance contract requirements. The construction estimate range for this project is between: $100,000 and $150,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
