Landmark Construction would like to invite your firm to participate in bidding this Hard Bid project, for our valued client, Woodland Joint Unified School District. Project Summary: Grading, landscaping, irrigation of grass playfields and fencing. Questions regarding this upcoming bid should be directed to frontdesk@landmarkconst.net. All mechanical, electrical or plumbing ('MEP") subcontractors (defined as contractors that hold a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 license), must be prequalified. Prequalification documents must be submitted and not less than 10 days prior to bid opening date. This prequalification requirement applies even if the subcontractor will perform, or is designated and identified to perform, work that does not require one of the licenses listed above, but the subcontractor holds one of the licenses listed above. https://www.wjusd.org/Departments/Maintenance-Operations-and-Facilities/Notice-of-Annual-Contractor-Prequalification-Campaign/index.html Fingerprinting is required; please include considerations for this expense. Landmark requires all subcontractors to complete Landmark's prequalification application. PLEASE NOTE: Any work claimed by the Carpenters Union MUST be performed by signatory firms.
