Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Petrolia, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work generally consists of the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for the following: - Holland Street Reconstruction (approximately 383m) - Remove and replace the existing storm sewer infrastructure, including mains, subdrains, catchbasins and leads. - Install new storm private drain connections and clean-outs at the property line. - Remove existing asphalt road structure and install new concrete curb, gutter, and asphalt pavement (with topcoat asphalt in 2024). - Repair existing driveways and concrete sidewalks (with ramps and tactile plates). - Complete miscellaneous grading and landscaping works. - Derby Street Reconstruction (approximately 86m) - Remove and stump select existing trees within the municipal right-of-way. - Remove and replace the existing storm sewer infrastructure, including mains, subdrains, catchbasins and leads. - Install new storm private drain connections and clean-outs at the property line. - Remove and replace the existing water distribution infrastructure, including valves, reducers, fire hydrants and leads. - Remove and replace private water services and curb stops at the property line. - Locate and expose existing sanitary private drain connections and either adjust existing clean-outs to new finished grade or install new clean-outs at property line if no clean-out currently exists. - Remove existing asphalt road structure and install new concrete curb, gutter, and asphalt pavement (with topcoat asphalt in 2024). - Repair existing driveways and concrete sidewalks (with ramps and tactile plates). - Install a new concrete sidewalk on along the south side of Derby Street. - Complete miscellaneous grading and landscaping works. Oil Heritage Road Construction - Place new concrete sidewalk on west side of road (with ramps and tactile plates where noted) from the Derby Street and Oil Heritage Road intersection to the Petrolia Line and Oil Heritage Road intersection. - Replace one (1) existing ceased water valve located in the Petrolia Line and Oil Heritage Road intersection. - Complete miscellaneous grading and landscaping works.
