Renovation of an educational facility in Petrolia, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Intent of this Request for Tender is to obtain bids to renovate classrooms and replace windows at Queen Elizabeth II Petrolia. This notification is provided to inform and advise Vendor of Record, Pre-Qualified, General Contractors (Appendix A) of a project proposed by the Lambton Kent District School Board. This notification of project shall be considered as a supplement to the Bid Documents for the project and as such will become part of the tender and contract documents. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
