Alley Maintenance: Approximately 350 feet of alley reconstruction will be performed providing a PCC pavement on an aggregate subbase. North Campus Infrastucture Repair: The east / west alley between First Street and the Boneyard will be reconstructed for approximately 150 feet providing a PCC pavement on an aggregate subbase. Sidewalk and Ramp Repairs: ADA accessible ramps will be placed and mid- block deteriorated sidewalk will be removed and replaced on John Street from Willis Avenue to Russell Street. Local Street Pavement Reconstruction: Deteriorated pavement will be removed and replaced at three locations. Pavement will be reconstructed on Healey Street from Wright Street to Sixth Street Clark Street Lighting Improvements: The existing lighting will be upgraded on Clark Street from Randolph Street to State Street, and also on Randolph Street from Clark Street to University Avenue. Deteriorated sidewalk on Clark Street will also be removed and replaced. Traffic Signal Upgrades: The work will be performed at the intersection of Prospect Avenue with Town Center Boulevard, the intersection of Randolph Street with Green Street, and the intersection of Neil Street with Market view Drive. Market Street HMA Resurfacing: Pavement will be resurfaced on Market Street from Marshall Street to North of Willow Street. The City of Champaign, Illinois, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and to waive any formality or technicality in any bids in the interest of the City A utilization goal of 10% MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and 5% WBE (Woman Business Enterprise). A workforce participation goal of 20% MBE and 15% WBE. Workforce participation goals refer to the percentage of minority and female individuals employed on a project. Bid Guaranty in an amount equal to at least TEN PERCENT (10%)
