Install 3M protective window film Power operators Non-prevailing wage project Tax exempt project Target completion date for the project is; September 1st 2023 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% GUIDELINES: This is a private school. The Arc is Tax Exempt. Do not include tax in your bid. A copy will be provided. This is a non-prevailing wage project. Funding is from a Homeland Security Grant Successful bidder must submit shop drawings for Architect approval. Project target completion is 10/30/23. This school operates 12 months a year. You will be allowed to install one exterior door at a time during school hours. A safety plan must be submitted. Each door is receiving a power operator and 3M window film, include this in your work. The Owner will handle and pay for all wiring demo, rework, & new at the doors for security & operator tie-ins.
