Site work for a municipal facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Work on this project includes removing and disposing of the flowlines, concrete, anchors, and debris, removing the tank battery pads, closing the pits, dispersing the weathered hydrocarbons, excavating and land farming the hydrocarbons, applying soil amendments, grading, and planting seed. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder.
