Statement of Work 21-017375; 013-CAI Room B50 Simulators 1. Protect items that are indicated to remain or are to be salvaged for re-use. 2. Remove/selectively demo the following as indicated: a. Exterior concrete paving and existing HVAC equipment pad. b. Wall mounted marker and bulletin boards. c. Interior finishes including ceilings and floor coverings. d. Metal stud/gypsum board partitions, CMU/plaster partition, suspended ceilings, access floor system, doors, frames, and windows. e. HVAC equipment, ductwork, and accessories. f. Lighting and electrical items. g. Other items as indicated. 3. Construct/renovate the following as indicated: a. Replacement of a section of concrete walk, new HVAC equipment pad. b. New mortar coat repair of exposed concrete and dry fall paint of concrete structure above in simulator suite. c. New metal stud/gypsum board partitions and wall furring. d. New solid core wood doors, hollow metal frames and door hardware. e. New raised access floor system, ramps, including special carpet tiles matching access floor panel size. f. New roller shades, motorized roller shades, curtains, and curtain tracks/hardware. g. New interior finishes including, suspended acoustic ceilings, wall paint, floor covering, wall base, and wall protection. h. New electrical panels, interior transformer, conductors, raceways, lighting and other electrical items as indicated. i. New ductwork, mini-split HVAC, devices, controls & wiring, reconfigure ductwork. j. Other items as indicated.
