This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation no. FA5000-23-Q-B001 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) IAW FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). (iii) This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01, effective 30 December 2022. All incorporated DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect through DPN 20230301, effective 1 March 2023. All incorporated AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect through AFAC 2022- 0701, effective 1 July 2022. (iv) This is a small business set-aside requirement under the North America Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code - 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $34 million and Product Service Code (PSC) Z1BG Maintenance Of Electronic And Communication Facilities. (v) The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for ALCOM VTC Maintenance.
