The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA) Chugiak, Birchwood, Eagle River Rural Road Service Area (CBERRRSA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Vendors to provide for the design and construction services of a storm water lift station to support proposed storm drain improvements within the Eagle Glenn East Subdivision in Eagle River, Alaska. The D/B solicitation shall consist of: (1) Technical Proposal, as described herein, including experience, qualifications, preliminary design, and submittal list, and (2) a Bid Proposal indicating all costs necessary to complete the design and supply of a fully functioning lift station and project closeout as outlined in the Contract Documents. The selection method combining a quality-based selection component with a cost component. The MOA will reserve the right to interview proposers.
