The project consists of demolition of the existing campus center building of approximately 6,880 SF and the construction of a new 33,728 SF two-story Community College Campus Center building. The site is approximately 5 acres. The scope of the new building includes office and support spaces for student services, with board room, café, and terraces constructed of concrete foundations, structural steel, metal deck, metal studs, drywall, lath and plater, exterior metal panels, clay tile, standing seam, and PVC roofing. Sitework includes underground utilities, driveways, fire and maintenance access roads, additional parking and updating the drop-off area, concrete paths, plaza area, and planting and irrigation. BIM modeling participation is required.
