Site work and paving for a parking garage in San Luis Obispo, California. Completed plans call for site work for a four-story above grade parking garage.
The Engineer Estimate is $44,623,000 for the Project and construction is scheduled to start in September 2023. This project will replace an existing surface parking lot (lot 14) with a 396 stall 4-story, 5-level public parking structure serving the parking needs of the downtown business district. It is located at 609 Palm Street The parking structure is to be constructed from cast-in-place concrete with post-tensioned concrete slabs. A shoring wall separates the project site from the adjacent properties; the shoring wall will include tieback anchors at certain segments. The project includes electric vehicle charging and infrastructure for future Photovoltaic (PV) installation on the roof level. The steel support structure will be included in the project The City reserves the right to adjust, increase, limit, suspend or rescind the pre-qualification rating based on subsequently learned information. The Prime Contractor for this work shall possess a valid State Contractor's License in the following category: Class-B (General Building Contractor) Question Deadline 07/14/2023 at 5:00 PM PT
