Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a 65,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The University of New Brunswick Saint John Campus has issued a Request for Proposals for a project known as Construction Management Services for the new Health & Social Innovation Centre, located on UNB's Saint John campus further described in Appendix B - RFP Particulars. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify the most qualified Proponent having the resources, experience, skill, and capacity to provide construction management services to oversee and manage the construction of a new 65,000 square foot Health & Social Innovation Centre for UNBSJ.
