Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of existing hot water heating system, including, but not limited to, boiler (c/w accessories), circulation pumps, piping, baseboard heaters, unit heaters, etc. as shown on drawings. .2 Removal of existing oil system, including, but not limited to the exterior storage tank, pump, control equipment, piping, etc. as shown on drawings. .3 Removal of existing ventilation system, including, but not limited to, vehicle exhaust system, general ventilation system, washroom exhaust fan, and related controls, etc. as shown on drawings. .4 Provide and install new propane distribution piping, coordinate with utilities. .5 Provide and install new propaned fired radiant heating devices for the garage. .6 Provide and install new HRV for the garage and the office. .7 Provide and install new CO/NOx detection system for the garage c/w related ventilations. .8 Provide and install new vehicule exhaust system. .9 Provide and install new heat pumps in the office area (ducted and wall hung system). .10 Provide and install a new BMS control system, c/w a remote access/connection to the Province of NB main controle software. .11 Provide all required electrical work to support mechanical upgrades. .12 Provide and install new emergency and exit light fixtures. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
