Site work for an educational facility in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
* Award subject to final approval. Resolve site deficiencies at Samuel de Champlain K-5 School, that have led to storm water issues on site, which includes: .1 Installation of 6 precast storm structures and approximately 110 meters of storm sewer to convey site water to existing swale. .2 Regrading proposed areas on site towards proposed storm structures. .3 Restoration of all soil, concrete, asphalt, and fencing damaged during construction. .4 Supply and install 5 maple trees to replace those removed during construction. .5 Install temporary fencing and restrict access to the construction area for entire duration of the project.
