For supply and delivery of Sodium Silicofluoride/Fluorosilicate under a two (2) year Standing Offer on "as required" basis to the Saskatoon Water Treatment Plant. It is the City's intention to enter into a contract with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional one (1) year term upon the following conditions being met. i. A pricing structure must be mutually agreed upon for the renewal period; ii. Supplier/Contractor must have provided acceptable goods/services levels as determined solely by the City of Saskatoon; iii. the goods/services are still required; iv. the goods/services are still required to be outsourced; v. budgetary funds must be available It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded in July, 2023. The term of the Agreement is estimated to be for a period of two (2) years.
