Work includes the complete demolition and interior tenant improvement of 8 new science classrooms in two distinct and separate areas of Renton High School. Work involves all new finishes and equipment as well as all new mechanical and electrical systems throughout the modernized spaces. Selected building envelope, roof, and mechanical penthouse improvements associated with the new spaces are also included. The work will occur during occupied and non-occupied timeframes in an active high school. Must comply with State of Washington prevailing wage requirements. NTP for construction activity to begin at the job site is approximately June 26, 2023.
