Renovation of a mixed-use development in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renton School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for General Contractor/Construction Management (GC/CM) services for the Districts Sierra Heights Elementary School Renovation Project. This project has been fully funded by the November 2022 Capital Improvements Bond. Selection of firm(s) will be in accordance with RCW 39.10, and the selection process is further detailed in the RFQ. The project has been reviewed and approved by the PRC, for use of the alternate project delivery method. Instructions on submittal are included in the RFQ.
