Site work and asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center.
It is the intent of the Town to determine the low RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE bidder within 48 hours of bid closing and, barring any unforeseen circumstances, contact that bidder to request a contract for submission to the Town for review and approval. Questions about the project and bidding requirements may be submitted two ways: o Questions may be asked verbally at the pre-bid meeting. o Questions may be submitted in writing to the Town no less than seven (7) calendar days before bids are due (see attached form). This allows time for a response prior to the due date for bids. Answers to any questions, and a summary of the pre-bid meeting, will be issued as a written addendum to attendees of the pre-bid meeting prior to the due date for bids. Questions submitted verbally outside of the pre-bid meeting (by phone or face-to-face) will not be answered. A form for submitting questions is included as part of this package.
