he City of Fresno (City) is seeking engineering consultants to investigate existing conditions and the structural integrity of various components at the Northeast Surface Water Treatment Facility ozone basin and filter gallery. The City desires to select a State of California registered civil or structural engineering firm to provide professional services to assess the extent of structural degradation, identify options for any necessary corrective measures that will minimize impact to continued operations, and prepare a report of findings and recommendations. SOQs are due no later than 4:00 p.m. (PST) on April 4, 2023 to the address below. No consideration will be given to submissions received after the above-stated time and date. 1. SOQs must be delivered in a sealed enveloped clearly labeled with the following information: a. Name of Respondent b. Submit 4 hard copies and 1 digital copy of the submittal on USB flash drive. 3. Responses submitted via any form of electronic transmission (except as listed above), such as electronic mail or facsimile, will not be considered. 4. If the submittal to this RFQ is by any means other than personal delivery, then it is the Respondent’s sole responsibility to ensure the submittals are delivered to the exact location by the time specified.
