Site work and paving for a road / highway in Frazer, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
AS of November 20, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor and a timeline for construction have not been confirmed at this time. Project generally comprises of milling and overlay of Township roadways, line painting, base repair, placing leveling course, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION All questions must be submitted through online. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. Liquid Fuels funds will be utilized for funding a portion of this project and all materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 unless otherwise specified. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
