As of June 26, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. Bids shall be effective for a period of sixty (60) calendar days. Question Deadline 06/28/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions will be accepted All questions must be submitted through online. Bidder must be PennDOT prequalified as a Prime Contractor as specified in Section 102.01 of Publication 408. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. The project generally comprises of milling and overlay of Township roadways, line painting, base repair, placing leveling course, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
