The Work, Excavation and off-site disposal of petroleum impacted soil, soil treatment application, backfill and site restoration, Agency No. 761, DTMB File No. 17266.SAR includes, but is not necessarily limited to: permitting, planning, and site preparation; site health and safety; pavement removal; earth retention; dewatering; excavation, loading, transport and disposal of petroleum contaminated soil; chemical emplacement in excavation; backfilling and compaction; site restoration; and the preparation of project close-out documentation. The site is located 6100 Ann Arbor Road, Jackson, Jackson County, Michigan 49201, as shown on the Drawings The purpose of the pre-bid conference and inspection is to answer questions and provide an inspection tour of the Project site at the scheduled time on the day of the meeting. A representative will be available to assist the Contractors. Other inspection visits may be allowed if needed.
