The Clarke County Purchasing Office, on behalf of the Clarke County Government, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms for custodial services for all of the Clarke County government buildings. All questions should be done in writing via email (purchasing@clarkecounty.gov) to Mr. Mike Legge, Purchasing Manager. Please have your questions submitted by noon on April 4, 2023, so we can answer all questions in a timely manner. Please have "RFP 23-0412-B" in your subject line Clarke County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s). The intent of this "REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS" (hereinafter known as "this document") and resulting contract is to obtain the services of a qualified firm (hereinafter known as "Vendor") to provide CUSTODIAL SERVICES as specified in this document, for the Clarke County Government (hereinafter known as "County") as described below for a one-year period, July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. This contract may be renewed for four (4) additional one-year terms, per mutual agreement of all parties involved
