The Clarke County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Clarke County Joint Maintenance Department, is soliciting proposals for a qualified vendor that is able to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for generators owned by the County. The County Government, School System, and CCSA currently have fifteen generators. Bid Bonds - Each bidder shall accompany their bid with a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful Contractor shall furnish both a performance and payment bond, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract as security for the faithful performance of this contract. It is preferred that all questions be submitted in writing by emailing Mike Legge at purchasing@clarkecounty.gov. Please have all questions to Mr. Legge by noon on Monday, May 15, 2023 to ensure that answers can be provided in a timely manner before the due date. Clarke County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities, and to negotiate with the successful offeror(s).
