For Property Sale and Development - 5 Gates Road Sale of real property located at 5 Gates Road per attached requirements and specifications of the City of Worcester Bids to purchase the property must include a certified check made payable to the "City Treasurer, City of Worcester" in the amount of 10% of the proposed purchase price as bid security. This must be submitted under separate sealed cover marked "Bid Security." In the case of default, the surety shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages.
